Still doesn't mean that the East is strong though, because they aren't...just that the best team is in the East. I seriously doubt Toronto would've come back from a 3-1 deficit against the Warriors and they were the 2nd best team in the East

. That's the standard for how good a conference is now...how many teams would come back from down 3-1 against a 73 win team?

How about this....the Raptors wouldn't have beaten the Warriors even twice in a series.
West is still stronger than the East....the Cavs were the best team in the NBA. Raptors wouldn't have made it out of the 2nd round in the West.
