I gotta say i now understand another aspect of WHY LeBron left Miami
Looking at the way he runs the CAVS and holding them "accountable/hostage" based on who you ask you have to realize there is no way he'd have that kind of power with Miami. I remember last year when they were asking D-Wade some questions about the Heat roster and he said "dont ask me. Im not making those decisions. It's their team..." something to that effect lead people to believe there was a strain between Wade and management.
Riley let Mike Miller go on a cost-cutting move without consulting with LeBron when he knew he had LeBron locked in. Then When LeBron opted out he drafted Someone LeBron approved of (Napier) since at that time LeBron was in a position of power having opted out.
Right now it
seems like every move the Cavs make has to get LeBron's seal of approval. He's not the GM but the GM doesnt seem like he'd wanna make any move to piss off LeBron. Some sould say Bringing Mike Miller to CLE was a LeBron move
Meanwhile Riley retains all control in Miami and he's preparing to lure a big name with whom Wade AND Bosh arent necessarily good friends with. Remember the war of Words between Durant and Wade when Durant was saying Harden was top SG in the league and Wade should bow out because his time has passed. Remember when Durant stepped to Bosh during a game when he felt Bosh was in his teams business? Calling Bosh a "fake tough guy" if im not mistaken
Quite interesting drama going on in today's NBA
