Your rebuttal to the below post?
Rebuttal to the OP's original post.

The Miami Heat's veterans surrounding LeBron were good enough to win the 2013-14 Eastern conf. I would consider Bosh and Wade as key players.
NBA East picture has changed with LeBron getting traded to Cleveland and there are still free agent trades that haven't been completed, so I can't really make any crazy speculations, but, I do not believe that the Cavs will be winning the Eastern conference in the 2014-15 season. Don't quote me on that though, Kyrie, Wiggins, and James play an effective 3-man game... it might create a dynasty.

I just want to see dude's response. LeBron obviously saw clevelands roster as more attractive

Yeah

They used the "going home" angle But truth be told if lebron wants to win 5 or 6 rings Cleveland was one of the most realistic options of making that happen....you gotta have young potential superstars and only a few teams do

Philly coulda been an option but Noel, embiid, and mcw all have health issues so that's risky

Rockets were an option but Dwight might to to jail for being a pedophile and nobody wants to cover for harden on defense

Phoenix was an option but they aren't as attractive as the cavs long term

Y'all boys are gullible as hell if you don't think lebron went to Cleveland because they have an incredible roster around him

Let's use common sense....lebron was the best player in the league yet he took a paycut because he desperately wanted a ring so he tried to stack his team as much as possible. Bron wants talent around him over anything and he's already showed that.

So many unprovens on that squad that you're making a proven work.

I swear you refuse to be flexible

So inevitable that people expose their own naivete in the process of calling others naive.

The upside to the Cavs right now is virtually all potential.

Nothing concrete, nothing proven.

Taking into account how players and careers have panned out in the past the only conclusion you can come to is that this is a huge gamble on Lebrons part, especially if they're unable to add an established stretch 4 and a rim protector to the mix either this or next off season.

Kyrie has typically been poor off the ball shooting amongst the worst spot up numbers for guards and you can only hope that improves.

Bennett may benefit from reduced scrutiny but even if he plays up to his potential he won't fulfil a role that the Cavs desperately need for at least 2 more years.

Varejao and Thompson are not the answer to any question worth asking.

Wiggins is an unknown quantity until at least January.

Did the potential that they do have play a part in convincing Lebron to return to Cleveland? Of course and it amuses me that people are going to such lengths to spin it like this is some hidden agenda.

Same thing I was saying. But this is what happens when you give your best friends input as to what you should do. Does anyone here know the name of Duncan's best friends? How bout Kobe or Wade? Thats why I respect the Spurs. Duncan and Pop had their rings, they could have easily ran out the door, but they had guts, thats why they're champions

I think it would have showed a lot of fortitude and maturity if he worked his ass off this offseason, tried to train with Wade and see what he could do, put the onus on Riley to make something happen, and stopped at nothing until the Heat were back in the Finals. That would DEMAND my respect as a sports fan. This is the first time people have counted out the Heat and this dude turns tail and runs. Imagine how epic the Heat winning a title this up coming season would be. LeBron would demand the respect of an MJ. Now he's back in a 0 responsibility/expectation role where he flourishes.
