Kanye West released his song, “Facts” not too long ago and there was a line in the song that people took as a diss to Lebron James.
The line was, “Nike, Nike treat employees just like slaves // Gave LeBron a billi’ not to run away”. To our interpretation, as well as the public, he was implying that Lebron was a slave to the Nike Corporation. Seems clear as day right?
When Lebron James was asked what he felt about the song on Monday he said (according to ESPN ) “I haven’t really listened to it. I heard about it but I haven’t listened to it. Obviously I’m going to side with Nike no matter who it is. It’s just, it’s family when you talk about Nike, and I’m always on their side no matter what the situation is, so. Undying loyalty and false sense "family" to a bunch of wealthy middle aged Cacs.....

Billion dollars. Slave. Nope. You become handcuffed about giving your opinion, and have to walk on eggshells to not burn your bridge and get sued to bits, but
