It's all a state mind and based upon physiology IMO. If you walk around in life thinking the only way to gain confidence is based upon your accomplishments, you ain't gone do much.:yeshrug:. Nobody is born confident, it takes practice . Walk and talk like you know what your doing and be competent at the same time (not cocky). Imagine a sales man, you wouldn't buy anything from a person that's hesistant and doesn't even believe in his own product would u? When you start believing in yourself, people start believing in you. Hope that helps.:yeshrug:

I legitimately started working on my confidence at the age of 19 (the 1st time I looked at my outward exterior objectively). I came to the realization that I worked two jobs for the sole purpose of purchasing frivolous items (jordans, clothing, bags, etc.) enabling me to mimic individuals I either despised, or had nothing in common with. The aforementioned was the stepping stone of becoming cognizant, of who I truly was.

IMO, confidence is self acceptance.

Understanding your flaws, weaknesses & strength is a life long journey; which can only be accomplished sporadically.
