I tried cloud gaming with game pass on this but it was laggy

I had a better experience with Ps plus. It only pixelated once while streaming spider-man

Also thinking about upgrading the gpu drivers but it looks like a chore

Girl got me one for Christmas, didn't realize this is more of a mobile pc then a gaming device, I'm annoyed at the amount of updates and tinkering I got to do just to get shyt running, and not all games are compatible with controller inputs, specially the older pc games i wanna play, that and the battery is trash even tho I mainly been it for xbox cloud gaming

Imma sound like an a$$hole wen I tell her I don't want it, specially with the new Legion go coming out in a few weeks

Got mine a few days ago, I was able to get it through Lenovo. Went ahead and turned on Full Screen Experience with Playnite :wow:

Used AnyFSE to edit my FSE app.

Probably looking at a 2027 or 28 release date if they do make one. Not sure how much better it'll be from the Go 2
Likely a good amount better. The z2 extreme doesn’t provide much benefit vs the previous years model. The gpu needs a few years to cook in order to meet the mobile device power draw and performance expectations

Its a mobile gaming pc from what I've read, people install steamos and it becomes a pure gaming hub.

You can't compare Legion to the Retroid. The Legion you playing Battlefield 6 at 60fps. You can stream from your console.

It's pretty much a mobile PC. You can pretty much aquire games from anywhere :blessed:🏴‍☠️

You may be able to find the 1TB Legion Go for ~ $375 - $400 through FB marketplace / Mercari etc

It was easier for me to setup emulators on my RP5, I'd use my phones Play Store push install the apps to the Retroid. Then PXPlay'll let you stream from ya console to either device (there's an android version & a Windows/Linux one).

I mainly want it to emulate/play retro games. I wouldn’t mind the option of playing steam/pc/newer games but I mainly want it for NES to PS2 gen games. Maybe a handful of PS360 games too :ehh:

You mean it was easier to install emulators for older gens (like the gens I mentioned above)? :jbhmm:

They got a RP5 for a lil cheaper and a RP4 for $140. I thought bout copping that instead

Oh easier just on the android OS; for my legion, I had to go to each website, download the installer, run the setup and so on.

That PS3 android emulator is a pain, you have to also install the dashboard itself - I tried it on mine and that thing thing would take hours then restart the whole process. This was with RPCS3 back in Feb / March.

Besides the PS3/360, you can pretty much run everything up to the Switch on the 5 & 6. If you do get one, def cop the grip with it — oh and you can get 20% cashback through PayPal pay in 4 :salute:
