Only 3 records in and I already like this more than Mutt. Don't know why I found it hard to vibe with that album.

I liked maybe 4 songs on MUTT. I heard it when it dropped, and when it started getting crazy buzz I went back and tried to understand why.

Personally, I didn't find the songwriting strong, but that can be said for most modern R&B.

The writing/lyrics these days is pretty bad. Only a few couplets per verse or even per song are good, and just when you're getting into a song, the artist says something outta left field or just makes me roll my eyes and takes me outta the song.
