In all reality, it's to increase Cash Money's presence in the Philly market..and to offset whatever the Drake/ Meek "beef" created.
Ar-Ab wont put out an album, he'll get a few features on Cash Money songs, and his booking price will go up a bit.

At the least, you now get access to producers and guest features that you'd never have access too.... It doesn't really matter how you feel about Cash Money, but CM is one of the biggest labels in rap.A smart rapper would be like Busta, and force his way onto songs he wasn't supposed to be on.

He's a holdover from the Punchline era days of rappers, hasn't had any music that's charted or notable mixtapes....is 30+ and hasn't even put out an album
