A large part of the job of a coach is to get the players to want to play for you. If you fail to do that it doesn’t matter what you draw up in the huddle, you won’t be successful.

fukking hell, I’ve never heard him speak before, and have only listened to a couple of minutes of that, but if that is how he is during interviews then I can see no reason other than the obvious as to how you could not be impressed.

I am a recruiter at a pretty high level and have interviewed many hundreds of people, although not in the US, and I bought him instantly.

he strikes me as somebody who players would gravitate toward and want to follow.

I have always found the Bieniemy situation to be highly curious.

The bienemy hate is racial.

It was racial when he played too.

They never even give him credit as a player back then or now.
So of course once they know how to pr never giving praise globally. That is going to result in his lack of hiring.
