We'll never know the truth about most state sanctioned terror attacks, but the Lockerbie bombing if true that his hands were involved was reason enough for him to be gone. Granted, I get the hypocrisy and irony of the US government taking a high "moral" ground in international affairs. Its laughable if not so despiicable. Still, Gaddafi played the game and knew the consequences. A side of me is sympathetic towards him in consideration of his role in attempting to establish African unity, even if his motives were selfish. Still, regardless of any good in him, what goes around comes around in that game.
