But Harris offered a more blunt assessment.

“He sounds like Brady and a lot of other quarterbacks that we’ve faced this year,” he said of Rivers on Monday. “The same way that they scream and yell at the officials after our guys hit them, it’s something that’s happened all year. The only guy that didn’t cry was Andrew Luck. He was like, ‘Great hit, great hit.'”

If you’ll recall, Luck suffered a lacerated kidney and a partially torn abdomen in the Colts’ Week 9 victory over the Broncos.

Toughness. He dont dab and engage in buffoonery doe:jbhmm:

Michael Bennett rips 'mediocre' QBs who 'get paid' - NFL.com
"Then quarterbacks get protected more than any other player," Bennett said. "I mean, he gets hit in his knees and he's about to cry, making a whimpering sound: 'They hit me in my legs.' Everybody gets hit in their legs. Every play somebody tries to hit me in my legs. So what makes him different? What makes his life better than mine? I've got kids. I've got stuff I like to do on the weekend. But because he gets hit in his legs, he gets a flag. He gets up with a sad face like the world just ended because he got hit. I mean, you got hit in an NFL game. Who cares? Get back up and be like, 'Good job.'"

Bennett specifically named Tom Brady, Peyton Manning and Cam Newton for the grit they display after taking hits, but not the Johnny-come-lately types, saying: "There's a whole bunch of young guys who haven't done anything in the NFL that are looking for flags."

I have always thought Tom Brady and Chris Paul were similar.

Both will do anything to gain a competitive advantage - scream at the ref, cheat, flop, make a dirty tackle.

In fact, I use Brady/Paul characteristic and personality to see if someone has killer instinct.

Cam this season is better than Luck has ever been :wow:

Yeah right. You better hope Cam goes the fukk off these last 4 games.

Luck had 5000 total yards and 43 total touchdowns last year. Wake me up when Cam has done either of these. And Luck been in the league a year shorter.

I've been rooting for dude since Auburn but you guys gotta stop with the bullshyt.

Now is the part where you make up some excuse.

Different systems. Luck plays in a pass heavy offense with a shytty defense that puts him in shootouts. Which will inflate his stats.

Cam plays in a run heavy offense, and still puts up great numbers despite it. No doubt in my mind Cam could put up similar numbers if he was in that system. Their career completion percentage is the same with Cams being a little higher I believe.

Also, Luck has been mediocre as shyt outside of his division. But that's a story for another day.

Cam > Luck

How many of those 40 TDs came in his shytty division, I wonder :mjlol:

Man, your first post disqualified you from having me read anything further from you in this thread.
I'm just quoting you again for the fukk of it.

How you gonna posts some inane "Cam this year (year 5 of his career) is better than Luck (who is in year 4 now) has ever been." Isn't 5th year Cam Newton expected to be better than 4th year Luck? Is it really a knock on Luck at all if this is even somehow true. And again, this is before we even get to the point that Luck (in year 3) put up a better season than Cam has ever had.

Sure :mjlol:

He threw 4 touchdowns against the Titans
Another 4 against The Jaguars
And another 3 against the Texans

In his first 3 games against those teams :mjlol:

That's 11 touchdowns against shytty rebuilding teams right there :mjlol:

He had 18 touchdowns on the YEAR against teams in his division :laff:

22 outside of that against all the other teams he played against :bryan:

We supposed to get hype because he threw 18 touchdowns Against the Jags, Titans and Texans :bryan:

Tell me more about that "great" year :russ:

Cam would throw for 45 if he played in that garbage ass Division every year. He's already won more game this season than Andrew Luck has won in any of his seasons, while playing in the AFC South with a guaranteed 6 wins a year :bryan:

And the seasons not even over and he's won more games than Lucks single season high at 11 :bryan:

Be sub 500 outside of your division brehs :laff:

We all know that Brady whines, so that statement can :camby:

We all know Brady whines like a bytch for calls but he's way better at taking hits than he was five years ago. It used to be if you hit Brady hard enough like clockwork his next throw would be way up in the fukking stands. Last two games I've watched Brady stay in the pocket and take some big shots. And I'm saying that as someone who can't fukking stand the guy
