All this game pass talk have a lot of these folks forget why we call ourselves 'gamers' in the first place. Game pass and xcloud were answers to the poor Xbox console and 1st party game sales. They had to go a different direction since they could not go toe to toe with Sony with the games.

When is MS going to stop stealing people's money by selling services to play unfinished GAAS style games? Has MS completely waved the white flag against Sony and even Nintendo?

All I see are Xbots damage controlling saying MS are being pro consumer with all their services. I would argue they are ANTI-CONSUMER to the consumer who cares about you know......games......because they don't provide quality experiences.

I guess you get what you pay for?

One of the major differences between GamePass and rental stores/Netflix
is that once you paid their subscription/rental ...that was the final price. While
with Gamepass , besides the subscription ...they also push Micro-transactions.

Theres a reason why microsoft is trying to move away from single-player games
and made Halo 5 free to play.
