thank god that "who's gonna save hip hop" movement died. 2004-2009 was a dark time, with the ring tone rap and southern shyt. nikkas actually thought battle raps was gonna save hip hop. Now we got Kendrick, KRIT, and a bunch of other dope nikkas. And even if you don't like em, Drake/Cole/etc can actually rap unlike the shyt that was on the radio 7-8 years ago.

...and Slaughterhouse is still irrelevant lmao :russ:

The sad part is that I honestly fukk with Slaughterhouse. Budden is my favorite in the group but I think what killed them is how they portrayed themselves outside of the music in interviews and shyt. Had they just made their music and kept lowkey with the extra stuff, I think they could've actually made some waves
