I lived around B-More for a min, gotta say I like Charlotte more.

I've beenin charlotte almost 3 years, I much prefer Baltimore. Charlotte has bigger events, but Baltimore has more to do, far more local culture, and is more fun

Any Baltimore brehs walked through Port Covington area? Thoughts?

^^^^^Could have been a dope city within a city, but Under Armour hasn't put that pressure on like they thought it would to be there global several thousand person HQ. Video even says their CEO, Kevin Planck, net worth went from $6 billion to $1 billion. Plus reduced demand for office space during Scamdemic...I mean Pandemic period. So that rendering^^^ doesn't appear to be happening anytime soon.

The videos shows a nice looking place, but straight up ghost town. Probably get some decent rent prices.

Nah i was just down there last week and its definitely a wind tunnel down there and deserted but way too early to act like this is a failed development. Its still being built and its secluded enough for the luxury prices to make sense. City plans to decommission the hanover st bridge for pedestrian only, seen plans for a short term housing and small business on boats in the marina by nicks, the cherry hill side of the bridge by the park and marina supposed to be getting new apartment buildings soon. West convington park area has traffic backed all the way onto 95 when it has events so I can see the same type of synergy as fells, fed and the harbor have by water taxi if all these plans fall through. All of this is just south of the 'warner st entertainment area' but then thats still coming together too

Other than that baltimores food and lounge scene is the elite part of the city.

I liked the black girls I met from Baltimore. They were fire. Place itself felt like DC but a couple of years farther behind on a time capsule. It was also creepy in some parts. You round the corner and all of a sudden you In a bad neighborhood with boarded up houses

This was my experience as well I was there last summer for work and spent a couple days in the city after

Saw some beautiful black women. The harbour and around it was fire, really enjoyed walking around and kickin it there

Some really good food in Fells Point. It felt like a city that’s seen better days, went through some shyt and now in the recovery to something greater stage. I was surprised how easy it was to be walking around downtown and you can take a few turns and like you said be smack in the middle of broken buildings crumbling and boarded up houses.

Baltimore is recovering but it has been a slow process. We finally have a Governor who wants to invest money in Baltimore unlike that bytch ass nikka Larry Hogan. The murder rate is has dropped significantly, and the city has gained population for the first time in 10 years. We have a long way to go tho.
