not in uk. i dont know how it works in america but its against the law to be driving without insurance. they will ban me from driving take my car and i already have a record. they got cameras that read your number plates to check insurance. they dont fukk around over here.
got a couple tickets over here for no insurance, but it only happens if they stop me for somethiing else first
