He's one of the most insufferable humans on the planet. Has been since the 2nd Jazzy Jeff album. Jeffrey & Carlton are the only characters worth a comedic shyt on the show.

Jazz was more entertaining in his bit role.

The boy had something to say about everything. He could not be in the conversation and he stil, would chime in with a sometimes funny joke. Because it was a tv show we call him a comedic genius but if twit was real life the family would consider will the retarded one in the family. I still love the show though.
