  • I bought a $50 gift card from Wal-Mart (OneVanilla) and like I always do as soon as I got home I tried to make a small purchase. It failed. I checked the balance and it already had a $49.99 purchase on it and a $0.00 balance. I called customer service and got the runaround from the manager. They wouldn't even guarteneed I'd get a full refund. I emailed them all the shyt they wanted and got their asses to kiss.
  • Today, made an online order to iHop at 10:15. It said it would be ready at 10:45am. I knew better. I went at like 11:00 and apparently DoorDash had about 25 orders. The place was packed. And I kept hearing "40 mins" "hour wait" so I asked if my food was ready. after 20 mins. I just asked for my money back. Dude told me to get out of line so ppl can pay. I left. Came back after actually getting some fun. The manager quickly told me to contact DoorDash for a refund--I ordered thru the Ihop site.."Oh...um, contact the website we don't do refunds locally.
  • Speaking of food, I went to Dominos. There was ONE DUDE making all the orders. And I could see he had a lot of shyt to make. Thankfully the customer service was A1. But, why is one guy doing everything.
Cliffs/"Didn't read": Customer Service is trash and these people got us just lashing out at each other when these corporate decisions fukk up our experience!

Another one;

Was applying for a rush order on a passport...They stopped the entire process because one of the forms was signed in red ink..it was a copy of a form (I printed two and signed both at different times).

NONE OF THE DIRECTIONS SAID TO SIGN IN BLUE OR BLACK INK.

And the mail service would not sign on it unless I was only two weeks out :dahell: what's the point of rush services when you don't help us when we do it on time?

I tried to do it two months out

Some of the costumers are trash to like I worked in a bank and this dude would sign checks with red ink

Then he had to nerve to say there's no rule that says I can't use red ink

What about common sense mofocka:martin:

A lot of companies are struggling and aren't willing to pay for their employees to stand around all day.

The problem is, they go too far the other way and are crazy short staffed.

If you go into any department store on a given day you might find only one person working the entire floor, and they have to ring, help customers, check fitting rooms and clean up all by themselves.
