I feel as if we are about to enter a new stage, and this will be another one of Obama's legacy: gun control.
Drawing the parallel between terrorism and domestic violence was poignant, and I feel this speech will be remembered for time to come, because this is a time where I felt he spoke without giving a fukk about white backlash. He told how he felt, and didn't tiptoe on subjects. He drew a line in the sand, and appealed directly to the people.
Which affects public policy. He basically negated the Republican response by challenging the NRA. SOme form of gun reform will get passed before Obama leaves. Honestly, I see Obama doing some revolutionary shyt before he leaves.
What do yall think? Lets discuss
