Went to the game last night..
Gabbert looked good minus a couple of overthrows... He looked WAAAAAY more comfortable in the pocket...
Robinson and Shorts started at WR
Rashad Jennings showed the same flashes he did before he got hurt.. He probably couldn't be a permanent starter but he is a more than adequate backup
Henne is trash
Mike Thomas is obviously in trouble, he played far into the second half... He had a solid game though..
We still lack a pass rush, Andre Branch played 3 quarters but I never even noticed him..
Pot Roast was the only starter still playing in the second.. He was a monster though.. Pro Bowl status since its his contract year
D'Anthony Smith is exactly what we drafted him to be, a penetrating DT.. Very explosive off the line even after the surgeries..
The Oline for the most part played a solid game.. All the qbs were kept clean except for when they held on to the ball too long..
The refs were bad.. It seemed like they were lost at times.. They missed like 3 false starts and they stopped one play because one of them left their flag on the field

I think Gabbert is about to surprise alot of people. That first drive last night he showed so much confidence we didn't see that shyt at all last year. He does look like he's still shying away from some hits but he's stepping up in the pocket alot more too. Progress
