Seriously on everything, this is one topic that has to be taken seriously. I take health,diet and exercise as most important to our people as anything else, if not more.
If you not healthy, it slows you down in mind body and soul.
Lets hit the gyms, exercise daily, whether its in your home, at the gym, walking, jogging, and making sure you're eating right.
This isn't a gender exclusive thing. Please don't come in here with any gender fighting. This is for Black men and women of all ages. we need to really make it our intense effort to look after our health.
I follow a dietary regimen that I have been following via Dr. Sebi, but also me and my girl we got a annual membership to my local fitness center, we get in with it when we have the time, but when we do, its everything from basketball to racquetball, to swimming,its a stress reliever and a healthy theme to take advantage of....... Lets get it in this year fam. We are the most naturally fit people on the planet, its no way we should be unhealthy with all of the resources and news we have on the importance of it.
If you have to do light workouts due to time being a factor, do it, at least use your small time you do have to get in a healthy daily dietary theme to follow, also if you have to, get into walking, jogging, pullups,situps, jumping jacks,leg lifts, squats, muscle building and ect......
Do away with the fatty foods, the sodium filled foods and high fructose corn syrup, the soft drinks and all that shyt that break down the chemistry of the body......
