Let's name some underrated "hidden gem" quality runs in wrestling

this thread is for times when a wrestler hit their stride and put on a series of PIFF matches/promos after some sort of change like gaining or losing a title, a heel/face turn, stable breakup or join up, return from injury, switching territories/shows & etc.

this is for underrated and hidden gems so please don't step in here mentioning runs like 03 Hollywood Rock or TV champ RVD

list the dates of the matches/promos too if you can so brehs can peep on the Network or Youtube or whatever

i'ma kick things off by naming Cesaro's '13-14 NXT run, dude was down there having dope match after dope match

you could really watch any match from that run but here were the standouts

all at least 4 star matches

It's Christian vs Swagger from the 2/24/09 Edition of ECW.
From what I remember Christian was having some dope ass TV matches almost every week. I think his 2nd title run is pretty much the highlight of WWECW then.

Imma have to check it out again since all of WWECW is on the Network now.

Trent Baretta's summer of 2011 run on superstars and NXT he had a good series of matches against Tyson Kidd, and had some good outings against wade Barett and Daniel Bryan.

Christian was so underrated. Plus, his best opponent was Shelton Benjamin. Anytime they squared off, they had great matches. Only bad thing, they were only midcard 10-15 min matches.
