His ceiling is upper mid card, so all of the "turn him heel so he can get the WWE title," is moot.
Transitional champ at best, and I think Dolph is the most entertaining performer currently in the ring.
Turning him heel does nothing but bury him and they'd be stupid to do so.

Misfits was great the first two seasons. Lost me within the first couple episodes of season 3 and I never went back.
