Many of them are incompetent? I'm no c00n if that's what these Coli dudes think I just see that are coaches just aren't really good. I could care less if your term sucks but the incompetence is just amazing. That's like saying Wittman is a good coach just because his team does well in the RS and playoffs even though we all know he's incompetent

My problem with man of the coaches, esp black ones, is that their offenses are trash for the most part even when they have the talent. Defense is primarily effort, but if you can't run Xs and Os on offense (which many of them seem to lack), then

Byron Scott is actually a good coach. Since being fired in New Orleans which was bull shyt sure just been on garbage teams as a coach. Black coaches even in the so called liberal NBA are forced to take the trash rebuilding jobs.

Also why the hell is Lionel Hollins and Jason Kidd on here. These dudes are fukking great coaches. Hollins had the Grizzlies in the conference finals. Hollins got shytted on (like so many black coaches) in Memphis yet that team still won't reach the success he had with them.
