people don't give ll cool j his props these days, but the brother is one of the greatest mcs of all time. like muhammad ali, ll was a baaaaaaaad man in his prime!

not even arguably, ll cool j is top 5 imo. and if not top 5, he's easily top 10 across the board. easy!

when i first heard this song back then and ll went "what the fukk? i thought i conquered the world. crushed moe dee, hammer and ice t's curls" i couldn't believe my ears!

mr. smith was the last ll cool j album that i thoroughly enjoyed from start to finish. i liked the r&b vibe of the majority of the album

it was cool how on this song you had ll the vet showin' he could still hang with the freshman and do his thing.
