It's rare that you find a person willing to roll the dice. Like people don't stay true to the wave..

I have a friend who was down on luck... trying to move to LA and shyt. 2 days later he's back on his regular grind.
I was legitimately excited for him too. Like we've been living in the same neighborhood our whole lives, maybe it's time to change it up

People really are afraid of a new social space. Im no exception but I try to be

this is very true..my life is pretty routine..i think i may be doing different shyt than others but really im just experiencing different cultures in my same city or bay area..i have dreams but im hindered by my financials....i wanna throw it all away and just go..thats where my heart is at..but my mind is complacent

in this society not many people have desires ...we're not really as adventurous as our ancestors...we're satisfied as the way things are..saving up for a home is a life's challenge in modern day society

everything is here now..before you had to travel in a wagon across the frontier trying to survive to find some gold nuggets

I imagine LA as a dangerous place. Very vibrant culture... genuine folks come out to live their dreams. At the same time it attracts liars and cheaters. Like you've gotta be careful who you associate with and shyt

well world travel wise one of em is fear..the news and how dangerous it can be in mexico, the middle east, africa, and so on..countries i really wanna visit but they make it seem like my only option is rome or some european city like that..which i don't mind..but i also wanna go to the places they force me to fear..

our work ethic is terrible in the states..it's like we live to work..and we spend more than we can save ..and even if youre making 100k per year youre still working every day..we can never enjoy anything or have time ...the model is to go to school..get a career..get married..get a house..have kids..and die..thats like what 90% of our population does..and in between all that we're caught up in entertainment..

i dont want just a vacation..i want to back pack thru countries

Hell yeah, it's a one size fits all kind of model. But we all have those moments that transcend. The way I live my life.. I try to connect the dots between those moments.
