In order for that to happen, Rodgers would've needed relatively the same on-field resume over the past couple of seasons, similar outbursts across mediums + built up a trash-yippity-yap persona similar to Sherman also.

You know very damn well that there wouldn't be no "Let's talk about how Carlos Rodgers is the greatest since Prime" thread after an isolated play like that when he hasn't built a foundation of being the best DB in football to begin with.....
