Cheers, man. I live in Dublin currently and I shall only invest in Mauritius, not relocate there. But I would recommend it for any single dude. My missus owns a one bed apartment in Benalmadena, Malaga. Thats your neck of the world.

Yeah, Benalmadena gets grimey in the summer. They call it the British crime wave cause people can get good holidays for really cheap out there and all the Brits come out and get legless. But yeah, that's the main British holiday destination in the world and a lot of people try to open bars there and shyt but there is so much competition that most people have to close down after a couple of years.
