Used to be a time when mainly celebs/famous people would be concerned about this (paparazzi). At the time, the argument seemed to be that if you were famous and in public, you were fair game to be recorded/photographed.....

.....but now with the internet, the game done changed. Women out here are now concerned when a dude randomly takes their pic without their permission, or even if he just appears to be taking pics of people in the area....but as long as it's in a public place, shouldn't he be allowed to do it? I get the fact that it's considered rude/creepy in some scenarios, but is it really an 'invasion of privacy'?

People talk all the time about recording cops to make sure they don't do shyt, but why does it seem more acceptable to record cops and celebs publicly, while the average person doesn't want the same treatment? What's so different from nikkas keeping their cameras on the pigs in their neighborhood, and nikkas keeping their cameras on the fat asses that they see on a public beach?

Should recording/taking pics of people in public without their permission be illegal? Should it only apply to certain people/situations/locations?

Thoughts? :manny:

I thought of making this thread after the Opie and Anthony thread.....and also after seeing this video

I grew up in a time and space where you had your freedom from the concern of prying eyes. The most public invasion of privacy that I used to encounter was someone staring out their window at you.

It doesn't sit well with me that people are not only recording you but also posting it on the internet permanently. It bothers me even more when your only goal is to be a private citizen. It is a different time but there are other parts of the world where you can have your sense of freedom and not feel like you are under surveillance 24/7

its a touchy subject but you dont have privacy in the public, just imagine if your hosting a baseball game like the yanks and you have to get the signatures of everybody in the stadium because they might appear on tv

it doesnt work

If you wearing spandex, thats an invitation for someone to take a picture of you. bytches only get mad when the person taking the pic is unattractive to them.

This ain that diffcult NO ONE CARES if your out taking random pics of random things or place, the average person dont give a shyt about that

When people DO care is when you out here like professor gadget ,talkin about " i was just taking random pics" with a camera pointed directly at them

I'm Hard Like D-Block Readin The Book Of Enoch...
i despise it on multiple levels but you can't just flash on these joe schmoes or you'll be thee idiot they put in the hole..

it used to bother me almost to thee point of paranoia but meditation dedication has soothed thee beast to an extent, there's no antidote when thee contagion of fukkery and schmuckery has went fully viral, just wait for thee clones and drones to implode along with thee system..

with that said if my pineal sense tingles and i feel a camera lens in my circumference i cover my grill..

:pacspit: at this system of snitches and bytches but go about my business..all you can do:manny:

There's nothing wrong with taking photos of things in public and if people happen to be in the photi, I don't think it's illegal.

The issue arises when a person decides to share said photo (over the Internet) without the consent of the people in the same photograph
