green does far more than klay does defensively and does a far better job offensively overall(not just talking about scoring).

He's a splash bro because he is in the same backcourt as steph and is a great shooter, that's where it ends. He's a good defensive player though but nobody overrates him. He's a streaky player really but not in the traditional jr smith type.
