So I've been in an ongoing FB debate in regard to this last years draft class. I standby my assessment that none of these players drafted are star players but Potenially solid/good starters and building pieces. My homie thinks that damn oladipo and MCW will be superstars...

I also stand by the assessment that if a Anthony Bennet comes back next season in shape with a good coach and system in place he could be in the running for mip.

Otto, 3rd pick with no PT.

And his main strength was how NBA ready his game was and how he could be productive without needing touches...I just refuse to be confident in a cat who can't even get minutes behind Martel Webster.

as a wiz fan, I'm scratching my head on this one as well. I'll really be pissed if Nerlens turns out to be something special. It's hindsight now but, we would definitely in a great position to take that risk on him. We were a young team building for the future and not necessarily in "win now" mode. Hopefully Potter pans out

Everyone on that list had about the season I imagined except for MCW. Very surprised and impressed by his rookie season. Hardaway Jr. is another one who had a solid rookie year.

I'm so proud of Adams. When Perk was injured he started and handled his business and he's stepping up in the playoffs:obama:

I agree with this. I dunno about winning MIP because the minutes prolly just aren't gonna be there for him to put up numbers worthy of winning that, but dude is just too talented to end up being a bum. The combination of that team being a mess and his injury before the season really ruined him imo. His offensive talent, atleticism and ability to get boards is gonna show (and did at times last year) once he settles in and gets comfortable. I doubt he'll turn out to be worthy of first overall status, but he should develop into a great 6th man or starting stretch 4.

Adams could (should) start for the Thunder, hes going to be an animal

i have no idea what he says to people, but hes already a master at annoying the opponent too. he gives no fukks and plays like he wants to injure someone
