those "expiration dates" are estimations... most food stuffs are still good days, even weeks after that posted date.

Don't try to do almond milk like that. It's fukking delicious. Chocolate almond milk is so good. Coconut milk is great too but not something I can drink out of a cup. It's better for shakes and smoothies.
