Let's talk about the WWE World Heavyweight Championship belt.

A year plus change since the Rock debuted it last year. Has your opinion changed on it?

What brought this up is that I was watching the slew of holiday commercials that Wal-Mart is doing with Anthony Anderson in it. In one of the commercials he is wearing the Undisputed Championship belt that hasn't been used since 2005.

I'm thinking... why doesn't anybody in the media rock the current belt? Even back when the spinner belt was in, most celebs opted to wear the Big Gold.

In my opinion, the current belt isn't as bad as the spinner... but it could be a lot better in the same token.

This belt is worse than the spinner to me, I hate it.

The undisputed one is badass and so is the OG World WCW Belt.

The new belt is straight up status. The OG WCW belt has that classic champion look to it. This belt look like something fake they just use on tv.

Whoever is designing the current crop of belts needs to be fired, a damn shame that the best looking title in the company has a 29 year old design.

I do miss the old school designs of a globe and a eagle sitting on top of the globe as a belt design for the world championship. The current belt is not bad but some modifications can be added on the belt to make it look better. One modification they can do is actually have the championship and the champion on tv so we know who the champion is and there is something to fight for... just sayin' Mr. Money In The Bank madder than a motherfukker that the champion ain't around to cash in on.

The new belt looks cartoonish as fukk. It was kind of goofy as the spinner belt (which I abhorred), but that belt still had a lot of gold on it.

When Rock changed it, there was less gold BUT the scratch logo still gave it a bit of edge. The new logo is goofy as shyt. We're in the PG-era, but that's probably the first belt to have a logo that looks childish.

Look at it. All goofy & undistinguished. It's basic as fukk. Looks like a toy (because they want it to be a toy for the kids). The big gold belt has all that with the subtle jewels, detail that makes it look like a little golden hall of fame that you can strap to your waist. It looks like a memorial with a story of champions on it.

Look at how regal those things look. You could have that as a background piece for a king or a mob boss in a movie and not think anything of it because of how official they look.

That ridiculous logo ruins it the same way it ruined the spinner. I don't know why they feel the need to plaster the logo everywhere.

They need to stop catering to Kmart kids first and foremost. The new belt is an albatross. It was aight with the scratch logo, now it's just a toy with gold on it.

Never liked the winged eagle. The blue strap made it look like a toy, I actually bought that toy belt when I was a kid.

The undisputed belt was the best belt they had in a LONG time. I always associate that belt with Lesnar.
