The song "LIFE" is one of the most powerful songs period. After become conscious of how fukked up that movie really is now as an adult, the song is even deeper and more heartbreaking.
The movie is funny, but it is also sad as hell when you think about it. And that song brings home the message. I think the movie is underrated.

Yea, i think most of us who saw it as kids viewed it as more of a straight comedy, but now that im older and more aware of how we were treated back then, that movie and what happened to the characters is downright heartbreaking. Whole lives ruined by the system. They did a great job making it humorous, but really, there's nothing funny about that movie
