If you really are asking what's destroying Black communities, its a combination of a lot of factors including continual mass-incarceration, integration of lackadaisical attitudes regarding education and wealth (regardless of what you read from a lot of pro-Black blogs, college graduation = academic excellence, and the average GPA for a Black college grad is slightly below a 3.0), systemic poverty that has been intra-generational, truthfully a lack of Black owned business, and underrepresentation of Black people in high-paying careers, lower property values in Black neighborhoods, and the lack of a "homeland" with an economy that can feed us wealthy, high-educated migrants.
