Marcus- Goldman Sachs, Discover, CapitalOne and Amex are all at 4.25-4.40% interest

I know a lot of regional banks & credit unions offer into the 5%s... so post a few please.

*Also let me know, do yall trust these smaller banks with your 50k, 100k, >200k?*

Typical CD’s with a 5% rate are going to be about 4-6 months so be prepared to close and redo after the period. Talk to a Financial Advisor about products like fixed rate annuities and other long term products that offer good rates over longer periods

There's 9 and 12 months out there too. Look around.

Fidelity Government Money Market Fund (SPAXX) is 4.97% and you can withdraw it any time
Good looking out on this one, access is important to me. I cant be waiting months to take money out if I need to move funds around. :salute:
A couple years ago I was seeing close to 7% from some online banking sources
:wow:
better off buying into BDCs
try ARCC
fill me in on this. BDC are business development companies? Are these privately held companies that provide business funding?
A few links would be appreciated

I would recommend locking into a short-term CD now. I think everyone is anticipating the FED to make another rates cut soon and the high yield savings rates will drop. With a short term CD you will be locked in at that rate (and your money won't be there too long 6 - 12 months). There were several that were in the low 5% you should still be able find some in the high 4%.
