Had some Brazilian people come and train cause the school I'm currently at is from there and I guess it's ibjjf worlds next weekend

I expected to get smashed cause it's gi and they're from Brazil. Instead everyone was really nice I don't even think people were really hunting for submissions. Positionally though they were really solid.

4 stripe white belt. I feel like I will get Blue this summer. I tried to do too much and lifted and trained bjj in one day with ought stretching and was sore. I bought a grappling dummy to practice lmfao because my girl refuses to help me train on her.

Brehs lick they chops at black belts nothing feels better than saying “yeah I choked out a blackbelt” when your a lower rank lol. Knee cuts are still legit legit. Just a pain to pull off when someone plays inside de la riva then go into inverting or bolos but that’s a convo for another day lol
