This is why both parties advocate for LOWER corporate taxes.

Its not just good enough that all these companies START here anyways. The US already has some of the lowest corp taxes in the world!

But corporate inversion is a major issue on top of all the loopholes and you can't address it by pretending that higher taxes will prevent that.

Hillary is an establishment candidate and corporate media is part of this establishment.

American politics has moved towards the center and you have to have some sort of bipartisanship in tow. Hillary is a moderate and will continue the same policies as Obama. Bernie is too far to the left of center to be a viable candidate for the American political machine.

Where Sanders loses especially is in his almost isolationist policies. His foreign policies are antithetical to the establishment, therefore he will not be supported by the corporate media. His fiscal policies (raised corporate tax rates, capital gains tax, closing corporate tax loopholes etc) are also opposed to corporate media.

Sanders isn't really an isolationist though, he listed situations where he would intervene (which is better than isolationism). Relative to the war hawks he seems like one though.
