A lot of developing countries have difficulty creating a electricity utilities. Even natural gas rich countries like Nigeria. It's funny.

they don't make it a priority.... I remember Dangote saying if Nigeria increased its electricity capacity to at least 20%, it would double the gdp.....

Electricity capacity along with Water management and other utilities are key. Any progress is better than no progress.
