I know it's loud, but they're not really adjusting at the line, either. On that play before the punt, the middle of the field was available if they wanted to switch the intended receiver's route up, but they didn't.

Normally, I'd just write it off to crowd noise, but "Throw at the blitz" is one of those things you hear on a broadcast so often you could almost ignore it. If commentary teams can figure it out, I'm sure they can figure it out.
