Well, hopefully you have no problems with this. We're not supposed to be competing against women. Masculinity has always been closely tied with violence, death, hardship. And all of it has to be done willingly, which is why masculine values like courage are encouraged in boys and young men. It's why the concept of "the real man" (as distinguished from the male) exist in almost every culture. You don't just naturally grow into a man, you have to become one. You typically have to be initiated into it by other men.
In many traditional cultures a man who routinely argues with women is seen as effeminate. Nikkas like Tate are effeminate in that sense.

Well, if you need help there's nothing wrong with reaching for it.
Think of it as guidance and a quest for self-understanding so you can become more effective at being a man. Searching for guidance, wisdom and understanding + confronting your own self is not for the weak of heart. It requires courage, strength and patience.
Trying to solve your problems is not weak or unmanly. Whether it's mental health or something else.
Yes, this is true. Women have periods, which fukk them up, and they have to deal with pregnancy. Men have to deal with the astonishing loss of life force that is busting nuts on the regular, which most men are too weak to refrain from doing. Think about that. Nature was like "Women will bleed every month with cramps and mood swings and shyt, and then have to carry some alien in their stomach if some dude skeets in them at the right time", but "Men will have to...nothing. Just keep busting nuts". Y'all don't understand the notion of compensation if you think that makes any sense. Every nut a dude busts is some serious business.
