Lmao @ a life sentence

Unless someone died or was bady injured then this is OD. Texas is harsh with the sentencing from what I see reported.

Ban him from driving and give him a couple of years in the bing
:mjlol: you cant effectively ban someone from driving. Plus drunk driving is egregiously stupid. And i have one. Anyone that does that twice should be jailed. 9 times warrants life.

After the fifth time he should have been banned from driving no reason to have valid license after that shyt work or not.

If he had killed someone he def should have gotten 30 years to life no question.

IMO a life sentence is too harsh 30 years maybe he is an example of how the system failed an addict.

In 3rd world countries they don't even charge people for drunk driving.

If he got caught 9 times he must be out on the roads wasted daily. Simple math.

They should give him some kind of bracelet and treatment. Not life.

Yeah he deserved it. That's way too many. If he wouldn't have hit the judges son he would've got another tap on the wrist and he would've been back behind the wheel until he would've killed somebody

I'm pretty sure a 3rd of America drives drunk at least 3 times a week..... but if you stay in the city, you'll probably never get pulled over unless you're borderline catatonic

Think dui's clear off records after 7 years, at least in Nevada. If you get a third in a 7 year span it's auto jail time, otherwise it's :manny: they take that shyt way too lightly nationwide

Not really.... You're under the assumption that they actually care in the first place......

The sad thing is with drunk or buzzed driving you never know if someone is going to kill someone driving they could drive drunk every week and never kill anyone their entire life others can drive drunk once or twice and kill someone
