But yeah honestly you can help or diminish so much anxiety and angst simply through exercise, fresh air and drinking water, all of which are generally free, makes you think.

I run/ride my bike on multiple trails.....almost never wearing headphones or earbuds.

The blissful sounds of nature serve as my music :ahh:
So relaxing bro. I’m going for a bike ride at 3 today.

Of course it can be debilitating at times but I have to force myself to exercise because it’s the best way for me to not feel depressed.

You have to fight those lazy depressed urges. The hardest part is getting up and going. You have to be strong. Change your mindset.
