Off topic, but I've always wanted to run an offshore whorehouse. :patrice:



Between these oil guys, CONUS, and the fisherman, you basically have tax-free infinite income in international waters. You could even send out speed boats to these oil rigs for quick delivery of the goods :pachaha:




And I'm being dead serious. There was a time when I was looking up the prices for old freighterships to see if I could convert them.Had me sitting down thinking thoughts like "but 800k is a good deal, tho":mjlol:

i've seriously considering doing this a couple of times ngl
Only thing that stopped me 17 years ago was my daughter's mom telling me she was pregnant. When I found out those dudes made life changing paper and I was working at McDonald's making $8.25 an hour...I was literally about to drive from Detroit to Louisiana and just stay down south until I could get on a rig.

is that the average weather condition the oil rigs are typically in? seems like the south pacific somewhere. if it's not location specific seems like it would be a sweet gig.
