That might be true. But at least in Kellz's case there was a lot of evidence before you get to these documentary series. That's why someone like Avenatti gets to talk so sure. It's a layup.
Weinstein finally got some heat on him comparable to Kellz. The difference is that for the most part, the documentaries get obfuscated and aren't made to be a cable TV event, when they could easily do so.
I've no problem with this follow up other than it could potentially taint a jury pool.
