There are no shortage of light skinned people in Africa. My younger cousin, both parents Nigerian and he's Chris Brown's complexion. His older sister is much darker than him as well as their youngest brother.

My family is Carribean and 97% of Jamaicans are black. Jamaican basically means "black". I think I've met one Chinese person who said they were raised in Jamaica, and basically no other race beside black. I even used to get called Jamaican in school simply for being black Carribean. So I would think Jamaicians are black. I know yall like to say differently but that's basically the truth.
