the better clothes means POWER in the pen.if you can rock a fresh pair of Js in the pen that means your rank is pretty high.a p*ssy punk nikka will get his shoes took so he wont even try to have shoes or anything worth something sent to him.and wearing fresh clothes gives you a feeling of a little freedom behind those walls too.
