I learned about Sifford the day he passed, I read a few things about him because I feel that's some of our history that wasn't widely known. I don't know if it's proper to call myself a fan, I'm not really a fan of the sport, however I really respected how he helped move us forward in the sport.

I'm friends with one of his grandchildren, grew up with him and met him (Mr. Sifford) a few times before he passed.

how many millions or billions of kids over time pretended to be a dinosaur ? If a 12 year old told his parents he wants to be a T-Rex the rest of his life because the past few weeks he was watching Jurassic World and thought it was the coolest thing he saw so far, would you entertain it ? Would you tell your son "You are a T-Rex, live your truth!" ?? kids are impressionable, and fickle and go through this thing called "phases"... its part of growing up.. the Wades are rushing this, maybe he truly feels this way, maybe its just a phase. End of the day the only true thing is the kid is 12 years old. Are you on the career path you wanted to be when you were 12 ? Point is, kids are kids and its up to be a GROWN PARENT to guide them in the direction they want in life. The parent is supposed to mold the kid, not let the kid run free with whatever they want to be.

If you saw a 12 year old selling drugs you would say the parents failed em, right? Because they let their kid run wild with no parenting or restriction. The wades have no restriction when it comes to their kids and thats why one day they say they are gay and the next day they are a straight female... the kid is obviously mentally confused, and the parents regardless famous or not are failing this kid.

This entire kids life so far has been focused around his gender/sexual orientation.. its weird..its ok to admit its weird. at 12 year old most kids want to collect pokemon, play sports or video games.. this kid day seems to be based around painting his nails and picking out scantily clad outfits.. they had this young boy at a Gay Pride event watching naked men walk around.. you know where most kids want to go when they are 12 ? To disneyland.. how does a 12 year old even know a gay pride parade even exists ? How does a 12 year old, get to this event? His parents.

For a little bit - I was younger but still interested, he was a fan of anyone taking interest in golf and always asked about school and home.
