he started feeling himself. When he left JD and had TI writing for him dude was tuuuurible.
They wrote the hit singles. But he did a lot of his own rhymes. Y'all forget he was around Snoop since he was a baby, and been around the brat and others as well. he was groomed for that position. He knows how to rap, let's not get it twisted

not technical aspects like delivery, flow, punch lines etc.
Now just rapping or freestyling something, sure. There's plenty of early adolecents that can rap
But Can't too many 13-14 year olds come up with the bars bow wow was coming with at that age unless somebody wrote it for them.
