never did like TI after what he did to Flip.
Flip looked like the bigger man on that Beef DVD (not saying that because Tip is shorter than him) ... I'm not the biggest fan of Flip anymore, but he came off looking better than Clifford.
for people that think tip ended lil flip career, name another one of those houston rappers from that era that had more than a 1 or 2 album run.

Dude is still young too at 31. If he went into workaholic mode I'm sure he could find his way back in, either mixtape circuit or online cult following.
Outside of that T.I. stuff, he could have easily bounced back. The streets don't make or break your music. We got Lil Wayne in Zebra tights kissing men on camera and as much clowning as he gets what kept him around was the amount of music(al trash) he was putting out. Consistently feeding the people is the way to go when looking at artists that have stuck around for a long time. Mixtape movers like Curren$y, oldschool 50 Cent, heck even The Game was moving around via mixtapes. Snoop is awlays dropping albums and doing cuts. Busta is on everyone's remix. Even though Saigon took years he stuck around with putting out mixtapes. I don't know how much Flip has put out but I rarely ever hear of dude. Methinks he got lazy.
If he hooked up with Manny Fresh for some mixtapes.

Once his mixtape album hustle died off .. It kinda cut off extra income for em is he was makin a kiln...once southwest n a lot of the warehouse music n Sam goody stores closed up up ..his mixtape money died..kuz flip was really makin good money off mix tapes ... The Internet hurt em too kuz the 5-7 bucks boys was payin ... The net made it easier to get em free...

Plus once lil j got in that beef he jus sat back n rode with the mob...n got paid to jump on rap a lot feats
