Dude is definitely on another plane as far as most current rappers go. He provides street music filled with pain that you can FEEL. Extremely versatile. Doesn't just glorify the streets but also raps about why things are the way they are. He's conscious to some degree. You get the feeling when listening to him that he hates having to carry a gun or feel unsafe in Chicago. but that was a cycle he was born into. and witnessing and having a lot of his friends died has really fukked with his mentally and in the midst of trying to make it past 21 he's trying to stack bread and provide for his sister and mom to get them out of the hood.

"The judge hang us with a hundred years, used to hang us by a tree"

And he definitely had the best verse on this

Dude is lyrical as fukk , has good hooks, can make conscious music and music that touches your soul and can make "bangers", his flow and cadences are improving as well as his topics. He's shown crazy improvements and very well rounded. He can kill any beat.

Herb can make better NY sounding influenced hip hop right now than 9/10 current NYers

Herb been in my personal top 5 for this generation for a minute now and he's still young (20 y.o) so he has a lot of room for development which I definitely believe he will evolve in ... alot of the shyt he spits resonates with me when I was coming up especially seeing that I'm 19 you could see why I gravitate towards him as an artist so much

Yeah he's been in mine for minute now too.

I like him especially because he reminds me of the 00s for some reason he's like a mix of 00s NY hip hop and the current generation Chicago.

He is dope as hell. As far as him being lyrical.....he's alright. 300 is lyrical but Herbo has the potential to really blow up. He can really spit and is versatile
